Eden Café

A contemporary café designed as part of the Eden East & West Development in Floreat to service residents and locals. The space consists of both an indoor and alfresco area which overlooks parklands. Hillam Architects were involved from concept design through to completion.

Brewery Concept

These concept renders were created for the commercial tenancy at the ground level of the Hillam-designed Vic Quarter development. Although the tenants opted for a different outcome, we were pleased with the rich, warm feel we created in our concept, with feature tiling and lighting effects throughout.

Hay St Terraces

Having previously been altered for commercial purposes, the Hay St Terraces project sees the key heritage fabric of the building maintained and enhanced, while reinstating the original purpose: two residential homes. Ember Pendant

At basement level, the car park was reconfigured to maximise the number of parking bays and to accommodate new end of trip facilities. The […]

Hillam Architects is proud to have been selected to deliver this project, which includes whole-of-project management from the design process through to demolition, construction, electrical and fire system management. With new developments adding to the supply of premium retail spaces, now is an excellent time to revisit and repurpose less competitive stock. Owned and operated […]
