Hillam Architects was pleased to be recognised at the 2026 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence with a Judge’s Commendation in the Design Category for Broadway on the Bay, Crawley.
Our studio is particularly pleased because Broadway on the Bay was crafted with careful consideration of both the historical built environment and stunning natural aspects.
Throughout the project, design was central to achieving enthusiastic support from the community and authorities, offering a contextually appropriate approach to increased density in a prestige location.
Importantly, the market has responded with similar enthusiasm, providing value to our client, Edge Visionary Living.
We are also happy that Edge Visionary Living was recognised at the Awards, winning the Apartments (High-Rise) category for Rivière Residences and two finalist entries for Apartments (Mid-Rise) category for both Claytons Mindarie Beachfront and Broadway on the Bay.
All three of these projects have been fantastic achievements for our studio and we thank the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA) for a great night of celebrations for the industry.
