Hillam Architects is pleased to support our staff participating in the 500 Women in Property Program (WA), which officially launches later today.
This year we are supporting Architectural Graduate Eleanor Shepherd (pictured right), who started working with us while finishing her studies. She will be mentored and sponsored during the program by Senior Associate and Architect Alicia Abbott (left).
“It’s a pleasure to be nominated by Hillam for 500 Women In Property in 2026,” says Eleanor.
“Alicia is such a talent and inspiration, and I’m looking forward to undertaking this journey together over the coming year.”
The 500 Women in Property program is a Property Council of Australia initiative that allows businesses to sponsor women in an interdisciplinary program that offers networking opportunities and masterclasses, strengthening the future leadership pipeline of the property sector.
Last year, Hillam Architects supported Architect Raya Sargeant, sponsored by Senior Associate Louise Ward.
“Having the support of a senior leader who is invested in my development and champions my growth within the workplace has been particularly valuable,” Raya said.
“The program broadened my industry perspective, strengthened professional relationships and reinforced the value of building connections across the wider property sector.”
