Harbour Sorrento

Harbour Sorrento is a landmark multi-residential project contributing to the ongoing revitalisation of Perth’s northern metropolitan region. Located adjacent the iconic Hillarys Boat Harbour, the project brings quality apartment living to provide a much needed urban transition from entertainment precinct to single residential lots.

The building form has been designed to minimise impact on neighbouring properties while offering ocean views from almost every apartment.

The architectural vision draws inspiration from the nearby coastal dunes, incorporating flowing, organic curves that reflect the contours of the landscape. Materials such as sandstone and wood, in warm, earthy tones, reinforce this connection to nature.

With this in mind, the footprint of the built form has been reduced to create greater landscaping opportunities, view-lines and connections to the public domain.

The sculptural elements in this massing helps shapes the curves and maximises each apartment’s distinctive Indian Ocean views.

We believe the built form and landscaping combine natural elements with resident lifestyles and community expectation to create a Sorrento landmark.
