Hillam Architects congratulates Alicia Abbott and Khosal (Kav) Moloo on reaching the career milestone of becoming Registered Architects.
For Alicia, registration represents a goal she set for herself from a young age — her primary school yearbook confidently declared that she would become an architect. Following studies at TAFE and then university, Alicia has spent decades in the industry building her experience.
Now a Senior Associate and Project Lead, as well as a dedicated mother, Alicia has achieved registration through the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia’s National Program of Assessment (NPrA).
She has played a key role as Project Lead in major Hillam projects including Riviere Residences in Applecross and Harper on Swan in South Perth, which will commence construction soon.
Kav is a valued member of the Hillam team, whose current responsibilities include Project Lead on the Claytons Mindarie Beachfront project, which recently reached practical completion.
After eight years of professional work as an Architectural Graduate, Kav says the birth of his daughter provided the impetus to seek registration. Half of Kav’s logged hours for registration were completed on Hillam projects, a considerable effort that has served all parties well.
