The Trigg Residence has been featured in The Sunday Times’ Home magazine insert, including interviews with David Hillam and Weststyle’s Tony Ricciardello.

What began as an “inviting summer house” ended with this multi-level masterpiece, showcasing high-end and innovative features that epitomise luxury living.

Unique materials, technology controlled at the touch of an iPad, a lift and infinity pool barely make a dent in the list of luxe additions in the enormous 1140sq m home, plus 215sq m outdoor entertaining area.

The home’s impressive alchemy of architecture, build, interior design and landscaping was a result of a collaboration between Hillam Architects and Weststyle Design and Development.

“The client’s brief was not uncommon – a house for a couple and their two children that can adapt as they grow, to provide generous zoned living spaces for parents and children in a clean contemporary design,” says architect David Hillam. “The focus of the design was to maximise its views.

“Sitting on a 992sq m corner lot, the building consciously responds to the opportunities of both street frontages.

“The design balancing clean lines, subdued materials and high level workmanship announces quality and character in one of Perth’s most attractive suburbs.”
