Last week I attended the Parlour Perth Spring Salon at the Australian Institute of Architects, alongside several colleagues from Hillam Architects.

The evening offered an inspiring conversation with Tiffany Molloy, who shared how her architectural journey began with a country upbringing and a technical drawing teacher who supported her creativity in designing a house, further encouraging her to construct the built form to scale in woodwork class

Tiffany spoke candidly about her growth from those beginnings into a mentor who gives back to the profession, offering honest reflections, warmth, and insight. Her grounded and authentic approach was both refreshing and motivating, and I look forward to continuing to learn from and work alongside her.
