The Urban Developer has reported on Hillam Architects submission for the Claremont Terraces project for Norup Pty Ltd.
Designed by Hillam Architects, the final Stage 2 of the Claremont Terraces project reboots the culmination of a project of previous developer Iris Residential that was never completed.
If approved and completed, the project will join Stage 1, which is under construction, to close out the ring of apartment towers designed to form a cauldron around the oval in a precinct-scale redevelopment that kicked off in 2012.
A design report by Hillam says the project is the “final and most prominent development parcel framing the Claremont Football Oval”.
