The Property Tribune has reported the results of the 2021 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence, with two of Hillam Architects’ clients taking home awards for major projects.
Congratulations to Edge Visionary Living for taking home top honours with the Russel Perry Award for Urban Development Excellence for Eden West, also winning the High Density Development award.
Hillam Architects also designed Lucent for winners Celsius Property Group, which won the Medium Density Category, with special mention of the innovative approach taken that centered customisation within the apartment market.
Lucent Claremont by Celsius won in the medium density category with an industry first product.
“Buyers at Lucent Claremont, which is overlooking Claremont Oval, were offered a highly customizable apartment product that has clearly been embraced by the market,” Ms Steinbeck said.
Celsius showcased an industry-first ‘Design your Own Apartment’ (DYOA) campaign for Lucent and was met with a high level of interest, given the project was sold out prior to individual titles being issued.
