Zen was conceived as a landmark piece of architecture intended to become a social hub within this vibrant inner city precinct.
Its architecture promotes the commercial tenancies by encouraging a lively interaction with the streetscape. Open floor planning encourages easy access to the ground and first floor commercial tenancies.
The building consists of three distinct blocks and incorporates no fewer than five historically-significant residences which have been adapted for re-use.
In keeping with our design philosophies, the development includes a mix of 128 cost-effective apartments and studios designed for comfortable inner city living.
Vibrant colours and large multi-storey building elements are incorporated into the design to interact with the street and complement the high public-use of the area.
