The architectural vision draws inspiration from the nearby coastal dunes, incorporating flowing, organic curves that reflect the contours of the landscape. Materials such as sandstone and wood, in warm, earthy tones, reinforce this connection to nature.
With this in mind, the footprint of the built form has been reduced to create greater landscaping opportunities, view-lines and connections to the public domain.
The sculptural elements in this massing helps shapes the curves and maximises each apartment’s distinctive Indian Ocean views.
