“An 11-storey shoreline development in South Perth has been approved by the Metro Inner Development assessment panel.
The $95 million development on the corner of Harper Terrace and South Perth Esplanade will home 71 multiple dwellings comprising 16 two-bedroom, 49 three-bedroom and six four-bedroom apartments.
The MIDAP panel voted unanimously on Tuesday morning in support of the plans, despite some concerns from soon-to-be neighbours at the Aurelia apartments on Harper Terrace.
Deputy presiding member Francesca Lefante said the development was “exceptional” and was fond of the design.”
