Green strategy for Element 27

Speaking of wellness, Sentinel’s flagship Element 27 build-to-rent property has attained carbon-neutral recertification.

Keith Lucas, managing director of Sentinel in Australia, said the company was proud to maintain its carbon-neutral status from Climate Active.

“Not only is the building a great example of how the build-to-rent model can offer Australians enhanced housing choices and an opportunity to live greener, but it has also created a critical pathway that will allow more residential buildings to target ongoing carbon-neutral outcomes.”

The Sentinel team recently met with environment minister Reece Whitby to discuss its green strategies.

Beachfront Residences set to launch

The Dunes Beachfront Residences is set to be launched on October 1 and 2 at its onsite display suite in Reserve Street, Scarborough.

Edge managing director Gavin Hawkins said The Dunes had 110 apartments in two buildings in an absolute oceanfront location just south of Trigg.

Edge has again partnered with longtime collaborators Hillam Architects, which helped it create the award-winning Eden Floreat.
