Design Manager
We are seeking a motivated Design Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of design documentation across all Hillam Architects projects. This role oversees the review of drawings and project deliverables to ensure compliance with Hillam’ s drafting standards, architectural intent, constructability, and relevant codes and regulations.

Project Lead (Senior Architect)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Lead to manage architectural projects from Schematic Design to Contract Administration. Successful completion of projects is achieved through developing a clear understanding of Client requirements and actively managing the operational aspects of Hillam Architects’ architectural projects, including project team staff, program, budgets, and deliverables for delegated projects.

Design Lead
We are seeking a motivated and talented Design Lead who will be responsible for delivering high-quality schematic designs for architectural projects including external renders and building layouts; developing a clear understanding of client requirements; and ensuring the successful completion of project designs that meet or exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities

- Designing and documentation of architectural designs of a high standard in line with Hillam Architects and specific project aspirations, delivered on time and on budget.

Senior Interior Designer
We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Interior Designer to join our team.
You will be responsible for delivering high-end projects, focusing on interior design and documentation from concept to completion. A key focus of this role will be client-facing, requiring strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to bring design visions to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Project Lead and liaise with the client regarding the architectural design scope.
- Present design scope and other variations to the client.
- Design and document high-quality interior designs in alignment with Hillam Architects’ standards and specific project aspirations.
- Prepare drawings, schedules, and specifications in accordance with the project design brief and ensure all items are fit for purpose.
- Oversee the day-to-day interior design project delivery including communication with clients, internal and external project teams, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Assist the project leader in planning Interior design deliverables, consultant scope of works, design reviews, client sign-offs, programmes, resources, and budgets required for delegated projects.
- Ensure all required Interiors checklists and QA reviews are completed on your projects.
- Assist the project lead with the coordination of interiors input, architectural input and consultant input.
- Delegate work to appropriate team members where required.
- Ensure the design complies with all required regulations.
- Participate in site inspections to monitor interior design intent and quality.
- Mentor and support interior design graduates where needed.
