“Mr Davis joins from Stantec, formerly Wood & Grieve Engineers, where he has held national executive leadership roles.
Hillam Architects principal David Hillam will continue as design lead, focusing on strategy and business development.
“Over the life of the studio, we have operated with different leadership structures, including former CEOs,” Mr Hillam told Business News.
“Following the departure of the last CEO along with other leadership changes approximately five years ago, I have taken a stronger role in leading the studio.
“This has allowed me, working with the current executive team, to respond to those changes and put in place various initiatives, responding to a dynamic market environment.”
