The project is the refurbishment of an existing multi-level building into a building with multiple workplace tenancies, a rooftop terrace, new end of trip facilities and a new vertical transport system.
At basement level, the car park was reconfigured to maximise the number of parking bays and to accommodate new end of trip facilities.

Wireless technology controls key functions throughout the building including security, and all meeting spaces have AV capabilities.
