The Urban Developer has published images of a proposed Leighton Beach development for Edge Visionary Living, designed by Hillam Architects.
“Edge has filed plans for an 81-apartment tower for 35 Leighton Beach Boulevard, at the corner of busy Walter Place.
“Designed by Hillam Architects, the $90-million project is due to be submitted for the approval of Western Australia’s metro inner development assessment panel after consultation on the development closes on November 10.”
The article also reported the recent topping out of Muse at Artisan Place in Fremantle, a six-storey development providing a range of apartment types for Fremantle.
